Rizhao Rirong Aquatic Products & Food Co., Ltd was reformed from Rizhao Shijiu Second Refrigerating Plant in Dec.1999, including a Sino-Japanese joint venture-- Rizhao RiRong Aquatic Products & Food Co., Ltd and Rizhao Donggang Rongxing Aquatic Products & Food Co., Ltd. Now it has a staff of 1,100, including 270 professional technicians. Asset and Facility:
The company has total assets of RMB 120 million and area of 168,000 square meters. It has a cold store of 8,000 tons, two fishing berths, 18,000 square meters of sterilized processing workshop with advanced technology, facilities for quality-testing, refrigerating and packing as well as streamlined production facility imported from Japan. It has bid for 110,000 square meters in Rizhao High-Tech Industry Area in 2001. The first engineering covers an area of 36,000 square meters, 20,800 square meters of constructed area, 5,000 square meters of refrigerating store and 9,000 square meters of sterilized workshop. Production Capacity:
It deals with the fresh, live, frozen, boiled, steamed, baked, salted, and fried aquatic products for more than 240 varieties and has an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons.

The products are well-sold in domestic market and exported to more than ten countries and regions, such as Japan, Korea S., U.S.A., European Union, etc., having the confirmation of "Export to America HACCP Registration" and " Aquatic Products Exported to EU Registration" (Confirmation NO. 3700/02314).
